THE PROBLEM
Booking a COVID-19 vaccination appointment in Ontario has been a challenge for many citizens. How could we make this process easier?
PAIN POINTS

Fragmented booking systems

Poor usability (The usability of many of the booking systems makes it challenging for many citizens to book an appointment)

Communication from various public health officials has been confusing.
THE PROCESS
Conducted usability tests on paper prototypes and got feedback from our participants.
We assessed our insights and started to notice patterns, which helped us decide what changes needed to be made to our high-fidelity prototypes.
SOLUTION
I designed several paper prototypes based on user flows, user needs, and user goals. Finally, I selected one style for our paper prototype. Then, I conducted usability tests and started to design our High-Fidelity prototype.
